At ARROW TECHNOCAST (GUJ.) PVT. LTD. we take care of every basic requirement starting from the initial design to the complete quality testing. The Design Consultation and Model Construction for Gating Design is done by taking in consideration the views of our skilled Development Team and is carried out using one of the best 3D Modelling Software, “SOLIDWORKS”. Engineers with specialized technical knowledge of the SolidWorks work to deliver the best concept development, designing and analysis to meet the project requirements.
Simulation & Casting
After completion of Design Consulting & Model Construction, with use advanced Technology of Casting Simulation, we do Simulation of 3D Model on computer with the help of Soft Cast (Simulation Software) to make Hotspot Analysis and Temperature Analysis and draw out conclusion if there will be any defect in physical casting and make changes in gating design accordingly if required.
